Just had the opportunity to watch Rushmore from Wes Anderson. Believe it or not, I had never watched this one. I love the quirky characters and I continue to really like his keen eye for the frame. The combination of characters, visuals and timing really come together in his work.
Anyone out there watching the new Bill Nye the Science Guys show on Netflix? Very interesting format of field and studio. Also very good messages and guests. D
Turning Antonio on to the old Looney Tune cartoons. He asked who the most popular characters were and my thought was… Bugs, Daffy, Elmer and road Runner. He is loving them. D
Just had the opportunity to share “Get Smart” with my son Antonio. We went through all the episodes and he loves the comedy here. Some early Mel Brooks along with many of the conventions and formulas that went into early television sitcom design. D
